By donating your car to SparkHope Automotive, you provide hope through transportation, as we accept donations of cars and other vehicles as a way to provide for the reliable transportation needs of single mothers in the Metro Denver Area.

SparkHope Automotive Vehicle Donation Process

STEP 1

Tell us about your car by filling out an online form (Make sure that you have the keys and the title - we can walk you through the title signing process.)

STEP 2

We’ll contact you to arrange a drop off time (or tow if necessary)

STEP 3

We receive your car and we’ll put your donated car to work helping a local woman in need! A receipt for the donation is given right away, tax forms are sent out later.

STEP 4

You are done! Wait 1-2 months to receive your tax deductible receipt in the mail.

What makes our donation program unique?

High Impact

Vehicles donated will either be inspected for use in SparkHope programs for a qualified single mother, sold to cover expenses, or sold for scrap. We take all cars, whether they are running or not.

You don’t need to do anything except hand us your keys and title!

Max Tax Deduction

Our program is a unique car donation program as it is one of few charities in Colorado which might allow you to claim the full-market value of your donated car. When you donate your car to SparkHope, you can maximize your tax deduction making it a win-win for all!

Why donate a vehicle to charity?

4. Help a neighbor! With SparkHope Automotive, all vehicle donations contribute directly to supporting women in need in the Denver metro area. Your vehicle donation will help a family get to school routinely or provide reliable transportation for getting to work or college classes.

What types of vehicle donations do you accept?

Almost anything with a motor – cars, trucks, SUV’s, RV’s, boats, motorcycles, buses, vans, even jet skis and snowmobiles.

What if my car doesn't run?

We accept all vehicles, running or otherwise! If your vehicle doesn’t run, we can pick it up from you!

Is there any expense involved on my part, like towing charges?

No. There is absolutely no charge for donation processing or pickup.

How does vehicle drop off or pick up work?

If your car runs, it is best to drop it off at one of our three locations, or we can arrange to have a member of our team pick it up. If the car no longer runs, we can arrange a free tow, typically within one week. You do not have to be at home for vehicle pick up as long as you’re comfortable leaving the keys and title in the car.
